GOALS:Participants will: • Have clear answers to the following questions: • How do we integrate our Schoolwide Plan into Indistar? • What services and resources are available to support this work? • What are the requirementsand timelines for the development, implementation, and submission of our integrated Schoolwide & Student and School Success Action Plans? • Identify next steps to coordinate the Schoolwide Plan and the Action Plan into Indistar.
Why are we doing this? • Superintendent Dorn committed to reduce burden in the field:-focus attention and resources on student outcomes-no process should work in isolation

Student And School Action Plan Requirements Schools will: • Assess all 17 School-Level Expected Indicators by October 30 (plan submission date ). • Craft action plan (in SMART Goal format) for at least one Expected Indicator under each Principle by October 30 (plan submission date). • Ensure at least one “active” Expected Indicator for each Principle throughout the year. • Review/reflect upon the Coaching Comments & Coaching Critiques provided by your school coach/ESD Lead. Continue implementation of indicators currently in plan.
Title I Schoolwide Plan Requirements Schools will: • Upload their current Schoolwide Plan to the “Title I SWP – Misc. Docs” folder on their Indistar dashboard. • Craft an action plan (in SMART Goal format) for a minimum of one of the corresponding indicators for Components 4,6,7,8,& 9. • Ensure supporting documentation for all 10 components is uploaded to the corresponding folder in Indistar. • Complete the “Title I Schoolwide Plan Required Components Checklist of Evidence/Actions” webform • Submit “Checklist” webformon: Feb. 28th & May 30th
LIVE! Demonstration in Indistar Demonstrate School-level user interface: • Access the Schoolwide Plan guiding document on Indistar dashboard • Use of indicator filter feature to filter out corresponding “Title I Schoolwide Plan” indicators • Locate and upload supporting documentation for each Component using the Indistar “document upload” feature. • Locate, complete, and submit “Checklist of Evidence/Actions” webform • Review feedback provided to “Checklist”
