Project goals • Develop an automated remote rehabilitation system, that will empower the patients and their immediate carer for effective rehabilitation protocol in home settings • Telemedicine supervision of rehabilitation exercise without presence of therapists • Monitoring of impact of the exercises also in “normal” life situations • Integration of telemedicine rehabilitation and Personal Health Records for improved long term evaluation of patient recovery • Goal: Patients can do rehabilitation in their own home while still remaining under medical and physiotherapy control eHealth and the Brain - ICT for Neuropsychiatric Health
