Program Office Initiatives Support to Future Surface Combatant Force • Small Surface Combatant, FFG(X) Class • Establishing automated communications management capability • Maximizing use of PEO C4I Program of Record (POR) systems • Advocating cradle-to-grave support structure • Unmanned Surface Vehicle/Vessel • Advocated for transition from Strategic Capabilities Office RDT&E to PEO C4I PORs • Coordinating with PMS 406 to generate C4I requirements and develop autonomous, minimally manned, and/or remotely operated POR C4I systems • Flexing program office organization to accommodate USVs • Large Surface Combatant • Supporting Future Surface Combatant Force Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) • Advocating PEO C4I POR systems integration • Radar cross section and installation duration requirements; need platform-to-system requirements traceability

Program Office Initiatives Military Sealift Command (MSC) Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signed 11 Dec 2018 • Defines roles and responsibilities to optimize delivery of the U.S. Navy’s C4I POR and GFE systems to MSC in-service ships and shore sites • Signatories: PEO C4I, NAVWAR, and MSC N4 budget alignment to PEO C4I for modernization
