  12. PARENTS AND FERPA The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) controls what information can be released and who it can be released to. Students must sign a FERPA waiver to grant access of their records totheir parent/guardian. The form can be downloaded from: http://www.rowan.edu/provost/registrar/forms.html A student may choose to give their parent/guardian their Banner id and information to access their records.
