  1. Which Course to Pursue After B. Com, MBA or M. Com for Better Career Opportunities Students who are interested in pursuing their career in law often have many doubts regarding the course, career opportunities, etc. They is a lot of confusion among aspirants as to when they should start the law course because two options available in India one can choose to study Law they are: • By opting 5 years integrated course after 12th • By opting 3 years course after graduation Lets look at the key difference between both the courses, which will help you decide which one is best for you.

The key difference between law courses after 12th (5 Years) and after graduation (3 Years). • The 5 years integrated law course is suitable for students who have decided that they want to pursue law from the very start. • It focuses on basic graduation level programs along with the core law knowledge. • This course contains in total of 10 semesters.  • After completing an integrated course, one needs to enrol with the Bar Council. After that, they can start practicing law as a legal advisor, company secretary, oath commissioner, or judge. • The 3 years postgraduate law course is suitable for the students who decide to pursue law after graduation. • The 3-years course focuses mainly on law education. • This course contains only 6 semesters. • One needs to enrol with the Bar Council after the completion of the 3-year law course and then pursue their career as lawyers, legal consultants, oath commissioner or company secretary.
