  1. The Success Of Cooperative Learning Strategy On Teachers Some of the hardest jobs have to be that of the teachers, who toil hard and try to make their students into a proper learned social being. Most people have the wrong notion that the job of a teacher is simply to teach, however, there are many complexities between teaching and getting the student to yield the perfect result. For a teacher, it is a difficult job sometimes when they have to figure out what medium is most comfortable for their pupil to learn or if the kind of teaching method they are using is getting through to their students. It is not easy for a teacher to concentrate on one child alone in a classroom environment and the need to bring everyone under one circle is not easy due to different upbringings and understanding of the subject matter. With time it is bound to hang heavy on the teacher and even for them, there is a need to release and vent out the frustration of not being able to reach out to their students or even understand their problem. A teacher, after all, is only human and will need time to cool down and strategies. The concept of cooperative learning was initially meant for children to help them psychologically, mentally, and physically get along with their classroom situations and also to help interact well with their classmates. It is most essentially helpful for making a student understand their subjects. In recent times the cooperative learning strategy is provided to teachers as well according to their level of understanding and functioning. During the period of cooperative learning intervention, teachers get tips and ideas on handling students and get training and support for educational innovation. The minute a student enters the school grounds or even the classroom the teachers becomes responsible for their every action and cooperative learning has been effective in making the teacher aware of how to deal with such situation.
