NTP Objective:By 2014, improve treatment success by 10% in District Y Outcomes: increased patient satisfaction,>treatment adherence, >treatment success rate Challenge:Treatment success rate is low among urban poor Activity:Train urban clinic TB doctors on IPCC Barrier:Urban poor do not visit DOTS clinic because they are treated poorly by staff Communication Objective: By Dec 2013, improve interpersonal communication and counseling (IPCC) skills of TB doctors in District Y.
