Young Leader Training Module C That’s the way to do it
Objectives: • Understand and be able to talk about how Young People learn effectively. • Demonstrate an ability to pass on a skill. • Understand and talk about different learning styles. • Have confidence in using different training techniques. LIFE CHANGING ADVENTURE
Artist Activity: • The Seer – you can only give verbal descriptions to the runner. • The Runner – You can only repeat the instructions to the artist. You cannot see either drawing, only pass the information from the seer to the artist. • The Artist – You must draw, as best you can, using the instructions the runner gives you. LIFE CHANGING ADVENTURE
Origami Water Balloon: • Create an origami water balloon. LIFE CHANGING ADVENTURE
Learning styles: There are 4 different styles of learning they are: • Auditory • Visual • Kinaesthetic • Mixed LIFE CHANGING ADVENTURE
Lets have a go: • There are 4 activities around the hall, there are a number of different pieces of equipment around the hall, you have to create a game in your team and deliver it to the rest of the group. LIFE CHANGING ADVENTURE
