Scientific Objectives and Required Facilities

This scientific study aims to investigate the vertical structure of precipitation over Taiwan's terrain and the structure of terrain-modified airflow. The required facilities include S-Pol and upper-air soundings, with a highly desired vertically-pointing precipitation radar.
