Jen whom I spoke with was as courteous and pleasant a person as anyone would hope to speak to. She was kind enough to personally call me back after finding out some additional information. The response to my request to have someone from the City take a look at my driveway was beyond my expectation. The write-up/explanation of their findings was very detailed and exactly what I needed. At the speed that our city is growing I am very impressed that one can still get this kind of service/response.
