Now that we have completed the AutoContent Wizard, selected our background, and returned to the Slide View, we are ready to work with our text.
You can adjust text size and font choice from the toolbar. To make changes to text simply click on the text and highlight just as you would using Microsoft Word.
Another way to do the same thing is through the Format drop down menu.
You can make adjustments to font type, size, color, and effect. You may also preview before you apply it.
Click on either the increase or decrease paragraph spacing button

The Line Spacing dialog box will appear. From here you can manually adjust line spacing. Select Preview to see the results before they are applied.
Working with Bullets and Adding Slides Adding a Bulleted Slide
To add a bulleted slide you can click New Slide from the Common Task dialog box or...
Click on a Bullet layout. Click OK As you click on a layout sample PowerPoint will tell you what type you are choosing.
PowerPoint has created a bulleted slide for you. All you have to do is click and type in your text.
PowerPoint will automatically change the bullet style if you have a second or third level bullet list.
