Actions and Progress Environmental Report – November 2018 • No immediate removal of students was warranted • Mold remediation completed for 12 rooms and areas • Auditorium and Room 120 were closed UPDATE now open • UPDATE no additional moisture intrusion areas identified • Safety Program Manager will monitor for moisture intrusion Roof Replacement Project • Phase 1: Roof contract in place UPDATE: Work starting in March due to school testing • Phase 2: Proposed for summer 2019 with FY20 CIP request UPDATE: Work is plannedfor summer / fall 2019

Roof Project Plan Phase I • Limited Repairs Made: • December 2018 – January 2019 • Submittals: • December 2018 – February 2019 • Roof Replacement: (inclusive of school testing schedule) • March 2019 – May 2019 • Contract Working Conditions • Comply with all OSHA safety standards • School access restrictions • Outside access to and from roof (no inside access) • Visible identification worn • Site debris control and disposal off-site • Facilities Coordination with School • Principal will be notified a minimum of 48 hours in advance of classrooms being impacted by the work Phase II • Remaining Sections: • UPDATE: June 2019 – September 2019 (Projected)

Auditorium / Room 120 Status • Auditorium: UPDATE -OPEN: • Roof source located; repaired Dec 2018 / Jan 2019 • Pipe source identified, temporary repair Dec 2018; Exploratory repair Feb 2018 • Final air testing complete • Received Final Clearance Certification notification • Room 120: UPDATE -OPEN: • Mold / asbestos remediation complete • New piping insulation installed • Final air testing complete • Received Final Clearance Certification notification Next Steps • Auditorium: • Flooring replacement Feb 2019 • Repair front of stage wall

  7. Temporary Repairs UPDATE: Roofing & Drainage – Jan 2019 Temporary caulking at setting bed under concrete cap and around collector box. Close-up of caulking at scupper collector box to prevent water, moisture intake. Additional temporary caulking at setting bed under concrete cap under metal coping.   8. Ongoing Repairs UPDATE: Building Envelope – Dec 2018 Worker grinding opening for re-installation of window system. Clockwise: sill after removal; bituminous coating; new flashing; new gyp board. Workers removing window systems and preparing openings. Re-installed window system in B123 with exterior caulking being applied.
