Key messages for COP17 : • Invest in information on WATER RESOURCES • Invest in development based upon better knowledge of climate change and water resources • Invest in building water security • For food • For drinking water supply • For manufacturingindustry • For energy (hydropower) • For the environment • For the next generation – the youth!
