  3. Issues Under Review I104 – Add additional SAC04 Codes for Transition Charges, Transition Charge Off Allowance, Credits and Weather Events Next Step: Texas SET will continue to discuss possible solutions 3

TX SET 2009 Accomplishments • Analyzed new PUCT Rules and “Issues“ submitted to TX SET by various stakeholders • Assessed impacts to retail transactions and business processes • Submitted 5 Retail Market Guide Revision Requests • Submitted 3 Protocol Revision Requests and 2 Nodal Protocol Revision Requests • Revised the Solution to Stacking Document • Reviewed TX SET Change Controls for Future Release • Discussed a TX SET Guide Release for mid 2010, not including any system changes

TX SET 2009 Accomplishments • Submitted the Following Retail Market Guide Revision Requests • RMGRR 072 – Clarification that ESI ID Count is for Active REP of Record in the CBCI File • RMGRR 073 – Mass Transition of ESI IDs Due to Acquisition • RMGRR 078 – Adding Additional Fields go the Customer Billing Contact Information File • RMGRR 079 – Changes to Support Revisions to the PUCT POLR and Expedited Switch Rules • RMGRR 080 – Define E-mail Address Format for the Detail Record in the Customer Billing Contact Information File

Submitted the Following Protocol Revision Requests PRR 805 – Adding POLR Customer Class and AMS Meter Flag to the Database Query Function on the MIS NPRR 171 PRR 806 – Re-Registration of Market Participant due to Mass Transition of ESI IDs NPRR 170 PRR 819 – Changes to Support Revisions to the PUCT POLR and Expedited Switch Rules NPRR 191 TX SET 2009 Accomplishments 7

  8. TX SET 2009 Accomplishments • Acquisition Task Force: • Texas SET accepted responsibilities of ATF. Texas SET responded to the Short Term solution and is still investigating the Long Term Solution, as required by PUCT Subst. R. §25.493. • Advanced Metering Implementation Team (PUCT Project 34610) • Provided an assessment to AMIT of the business requirements for the Retail Market Interface Project • Continue to track Advanced Metering impacts as identified
