ICCP Availability Requirement • ICCP links must achieve a monthly availability of ninety-eight (98%) percent, excluding approved planned outages. • Availability will be measured based on end-to-end connectivity of the communications path and the passing of Real-Time data. • A link will be considered as available when at least eighty-five (85%) percent of the data defined on that link is successfully transferred to ERCOT with a valid or manual quality code.

Planned Telemetry Outages • ERCOT has ability to enter planned telemetry outage times • Need process for TSP/QSE to notify ERCOT of outages • Outages should at least be entered before the report is generated, verified and posted to MIS
Moving Forward • ERCOT to apply better point filter • NDSWG to help decide which reports to continue/change and post • NSDWG to help develop a process for reporting planned outages to ERCOT • ERCOT and TSP/QSE to start revising results
