Persiapan Visitasi • Status di LAMPTKes  Proses assesment kecukupan 2 minggu • Visitasi 27 okt – 7 nov • Waktu sisa 10 hari • Tgl 15 kordinasi lokasi visitasi dg RSUPFatmawati : jam 13.00 sd selesai • Kaprodi • Sekprodi • Kordinator profesi • Pj KGD, manajemen, KMB 2 • Dokumen pendukung; • Standart 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7  target Rabu Identifikasi dokumen yg kurang • Data mahasiswa (excel).  target Jumat (bu Kustati dan Pa syafii) • Akademik: no, nama, NIM, Asal SLTA ( SMA, SMK, MA ), jalur masuk (SNMPTN, beasiswa (kemenag,sumsel,muba), PMDK, Mandiri), IPK (smstr 1 sd 8/9/10), IPK • Profesi :no, nama, NIM, Asal SLTA ( SMA, SMK, MA ), jalur masuk (SNMPTN, beasiswa (kemenag,sumsel,muba), PMDK, Mandiri), IP (smstr 1 sd 3), IPK • Presensi dosen perkuliahan.  Target Rabu  pa syafii cari arsip ke keuangan, dosen punya scan kehadiran. • Bersihkan file tidak terpakai ruang komunitas, 406, 407 Target kamis Bersih ( bu samsiah ) • Tindak lanjut ; Kamis jam 9.00 rapat progress persiapan visitasi.

Skripsi 2011 • Usulan pembimbing skripsi dalam proses SK • Proses bimbingan sdipersilahkan dimulai • Target : 31 desember 2014 batas akhir pendaftaran seminar proposal • Syarat seminar proposal • Bimbingan minimal 4 kali dengan pembimbing 1. • Bimbingan minimal 4 kali dengan pembimbing 2 • Honor bimbingan : • Setelah seminar proposal : 250 • Setelah sidang skripsi : 400

PDPT • Profesi • Angkatan rusmanto  pengajuan NIM ( bukti pembayaran sudah terkumpul) • Nilai Profesi Angkatan 6 (kecuali manaje, KGD, Kom, Klg, Peminatan), 7 (Jiwa,KMB1, KMB2, rehab, gerontik) angktan 8 (jiwa)  target nilai masuk 27 okt. • Belum menyampaikan ke LPJM - akhir okt. • Akademik • PSIK sudah selesai. • Serahkan langsung ke LPJM • Cek kekurangan semester sebelumnya.

( 3 mhs) • 2012 • Bu palupi : 2 mhs mengulang Bhs Inggris 1 • Bu kustati : < 3 ( 1 mhs a/n Fatimah)  BSN 4: mengambil mata kuliah di semester 6 bersamaan dg modul berjalan. • Bu maftuhah : < 3 ( 2 mhs) • Mariam zakiyah Toefl training tdk lulus • irma • 2011 ( tindakan laporan pra klinik..) • Bu nia : < 3 ( 1 mhs) • Bu eni ; • Bu maulina : miftahul millah • 2010 • Bu uun : dwi restarina  hilang komunikasi..

  7. KRS • Mhs isi KRS dan Cetak • Ketemu dosen PA • Tanda tangan Dosen PA berkas KRS  serahkan Ke admin oleh mahasiswa. • Admin ke Kaprodi pengesahan
