Wireless Configuration: Information Technology now offers encrypted wifi Internet access. • The name of the wireless network SSID for encrypted student access is SGVSTUDENT with a pass phrase of     studentsecure • If your computer does not support encrypted wireless access, you may use GVSTUDENT as the new SSID.  No pass phrase required.  • Using the encrypted access is the preferred.  Helpdesk 616 331-2101

Wimba Pronto • Wimba Pronto is a voice and text instant messaging platform. • It can be used for office hours • Students and faculty are automatically connected by your classes. • Students (and faculty) can share applications and collaborate on work together. • You do not need to exchange phone numbers to communicate with members of your courses.
