  1. Focus on DSA build: • Shielding build (Steel & Concrete) • Solenoid repair • Survey datum points • Solenoid plinth installation • Rail system & alignment • D2 installation in “out” position • Alignment, logistics (wt, position) • Cabling into synchrotron & DSA

  2. Hall Work Schedule Weekly coordination meetings (Tuesdays) confirm responsibilities, plans & readiness

  3. Straw man schedule (not to be taken too literally – shows tasks & interactions)

  4. Between now and December • Buffer tank support • Manufacture (dwgs agreed, waiting for contract) • Installation (tied to wall) • LCR • In progress (dwgs agreed, waiting for contract) • Solenoid preparations • Repair & vac test • Controls & power supply to be completed • Linde plant • Stand alone commissioning & with solenoid • Q-triplet assemblies • Built up off line • Q35 refurbishment • Water plant installation

  5. December – Jan Shutdown Lab closed No facilities or cover

  6. Not forgetting • ToF & CKOV support (plans) • Platforms for LH system & Power supplies, RF (structure) • Magnetic shielding • north and south • Concrete platform to anchor MICE • Rolling platforms • False floor • Spectrometer solenoid installation • Power and cabling

  7. comment • There’s an incredible amount to do before 1st August • …and up to December shutdown • Must plan steps, identify resources, agree with STFC/ISIS management to make Dec-Jan shutdown successful
