1. Introduction to the ResearchBackground of Study • Nearly 72 per cent of the total population in Vietnam have employed (Global Payroll Association , 2018). • Join the trade world organisations such as AFTA, APEC, ASEAN, TPP , etc…(BBC News, 2007). • Work-life balance has turned out to be one of the principles fascinating themes (Neeraja.S, 2017). • Work-life balance was one of the essential worries of the called "Young Generation” (Neeraja.S, 2017). • Any companies ought to have a proactive approach to deal with work-life practices(DeFelice, 2018).
Problem statement 1. The caring responsibilities (Mitnick, 2006) • 2. The imbalance work-life caused the serious issues: • + 43 per cent of employees endure health impacts because of stress and about 75-90% of physician visits were related to stress (Health Media, 2015) • + . The United Kingdom employees' work-related stress increased from 10.8% in 2006 to 22.4% in 2013 and around 33% of the workforce have quit more than 20 days for health related stress. (French, 2015).

Research Methodology • Type of research: Quantitative Study • Time series: Cross Sectional data collection • Data: Primary • Instrumentation: Self-administered survey questionnaire • Unit of analysis: Individual • Population: Working women at multinational companies in Vietnam • Sample: 200 respondents • Data analysis Using statistical analysis package (SPSS) version 20.0. • Data collection: Convenient sampling
Data Analysis • * To perceive the data: mean, S.D (standard deviation), correlation and frequency distribution values • * To check the decency of data : Cronbach’s reliability coefficient • * To check the hypotheses: correlation and multiple regression.
Correlations Analysis • H1 There is a relationship between job stress and work-life balance of working women. • H2 There is a relationship between co-worker support and work-life balance of working women. • H3There is a relationship between role expectation conflict and work-life balance of working women.
Pearson Moment Correlation • Correlations between independent variables (job stress, co-worker support and role expectation conflict) and dependent variable (work-life balance) are closer to plus one (+1) which respectively means that the correlations values are positive. • Hence, the correlations between independent variables and dependent variable are existing.
5. Conclusion and Recommendations • Practical and Theoretical Implications for Organizations (Multinational Companies) And Practitioners • Top executive should provide diverse workshops • Organizations had to be considered to work to promote good rewards • The co-worker support with the environment at the workplace and good relationship among employees • Apply to any type of social organization on an little or vast size, local or diverse
Recommendations for Future research • To examine other variables for instance personal attributes or organizational variables. • Future research should be conducted in a using both genders to compare the findings between male and female. • Similar study should be conducted in other geographical area.
