Introductory conversations • Form small groups. • Introduce yourselves, and your experience with internal advocacy work (whether with senior administrators or others).

Our challenge • To explain the role and importance of Continuing Education to the new executive leadership team, along with numerous new deans and other members of senior administration. • To position Continuing Education as central to achieving the institution’s vision and goals.
Our response • Place a carefully constructed message in the hands of all members of senior administration. • Meet one-on-one with the President and Provost. • Reinforce the message at SLT / Extended Deans’ Council meetings.
