  2. Why is it important to have a variety of living things in the bay? • It’s important to have a variety of living things in the bay. Oysters are a good food source. Blue crabs are also a good food source. Clams clean the bay .

  3. Oysters • Oyster are a good food source other sea creatures. Oysters help filter the bay. Oysters are bivalves, oysters also eat algae. Oyster larve feed on plankton oysters also eat photo plankton. Some cool facts are. When the bottom of the bay is soft their shells grow longer. Another one is oysters cant survive in lots of mud.

  4. The Blue crabs • Blue crabs help clean the bay. Blue crabs are a good food source for humans and for other sea creatures. They also clean the bottom of the bay.

  5. Clams • Clams are important to the bay because they clean the bay. Clams are good food source for humans and sea creatures . Clams are filter feeders.

  6. Conclusion • In conclusion I learned that blue crabs , clams ,and oysters all clean the bay and are good food sources.
