Environmental Scan and Needs Assessment • In 2012, multiple internal and external stakeholders, including service users, staff, community partners and funders, participated in our needs assessment • A literature review of existing research was also performed • Results showed a clear need for increased housing options for criminalized women, enhanced case management services and services for Aboriginal women
