  1. THE COMPANY OnSite ICT was founded in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2007 by his current CEO, Federico D'Onofrio, who has been in the IT business since 1995. It is registered in Argentina as an IT Services and Consultancy Sole Trader Company. After 10 years of IT Management experience, in 2005 it expands its range of services, and starts providing both Hosting solutions and Web Based Systems Development. In that same year, the first version of SISPRO (Sistema de Administración de Propiedades - Real Estate Management System) is created, only in spanish and personalized for a couple of Real Estate offices in Argentina.

  2. THE COMPANY Since then, several other offices in that country acquired the software, and got their own personalized versions. In 2013, eight years after that first version, OnSite ICT CREATE Business Unit is born, as a Joint Venture with Elemental!, a Graphic Design Sole Trader Company registered and owned by Pablo Chenu. CREATE, specialized in Web Design & Development, enhances SISPRO, turning it into a multilingual and multipurpose system, adding proactive behavior, CRM functionality and their brand new Email Marketing Software creation, MailInOne. 2014. Time for expansion. We come to USA to present our new version of SISPRO, personalized for the US Real Estate offices, and identified with a new name…

Internal Use • Set the stage • Define the names of your coverage area cities and counties, the types of properties you will offer, the types of transactions, and a couple of other system elements that you will be using later. • Enter your contacts one by one or easily import them. • Enter all the information for each property you offer. Upload photos, maps and plans. • Assign an OWNER to each property, and a SALES OFFICER (optional) • You are ready to go.

Save that search! • You receive a call from an owner, asking for a change in his property's price? Update it! • You show a house to a potential client? Enter it as a CRM event! • You receive feedback from a client, regarding an ongoing operation? Record it using the CRM! • A new house goes into market? Enter it!
