Criteria Matrix Completed after the plan sketches are finalized. Criteria includes: Sq. Footage Adjacencies Public Access Daylight/View Privacy Plumbing Special Equip Special Considerations
Bubble (relationship) Diagram • Draw circles for each space required • Size of circle should relate to sq. footage • Spaces requiring adjacencies should be close to each other (or touch) • Use connecting lines (graphic symbols) to indicate adjacencies and major circulation. • Should not relate to building shell • Room names and sq. footages indicated • Views, privacy etc. should be indicated. • Must include a legend.
Schematic Plans should be quick – Not on CAD! You will do DOZENS of plans before reaching a solution you will draw in CAD.
