TEMP45_18119 • Beginning of Violation: 7/19/2012 1:35:00 PM • End of Violation: 7/19/2012 2:55:00 PM • Monitored Element: HEC-Huntsville 115kV • Contingent Element: Circle-Mullegren 230kV • Reason for Violating: Lines were out in the area to repair fire damages from wild fires. Also this day there was high load in the west Kansas area due to high temperatures.

  3. CIRKNGIATSTJ • Beginning of Violation: 7/23/2012 10:45:00 AM • End of Violation: 7/23/2012 11:45:00 AM • Reason for Violating: Due to a forced line outage in the area to fix a breaker issue.

  4. CIRKNGIATSTJ • Beginning of Violation: 8/2/2012 2:10:00 PM • End of Violation: 8/2/2012 3:25:00 PM • Reason for Violating: Generation outage in the area.

  5. ONEBANNESTUL • Beginning of Violation: 8/4/2012 1:45:00 PM • End of Violation: 8/4/2012 4:45:00 PM • Reason for Violating: SPP was giving market relief to someone else and a unit in this area unexpectedly tripped offline. There was also another unit on outage in this area.

  6. STMDSJFASJCO • Beginning of Violation: 9/4/2012 12:20:00 PM • End of Violation: 9/4/2012 1:25:00 PM • Reason for Violating: There was a large unit south of the flowgate that was ramping up to max in startup status after a week long outage. At the same time MISO wind was dropping.

  7. TAHH59MUSFTS • Beginning of Violation: 9/15/2012 1:30:00 PM • End of Violation: 9/15/2012 2:40:00 PM • Reason for Violating: Generation outages in the area.
