TEMP45_18119 • Beginning of Violation: 7/19/2012 1:35:00 PM • End of Violation: 7/19/2012 2:55:00 PM • Monitored Element: HEC-Huntsville 115kV • Contingent Element: Circle-Mullegren 230kV • Reason for Violating: Lines were out in the area to repair fire damages from wild fires. Also this day there was high load in the west Kansas area due to high temperatures.

ONEBANNESTUL • Beginning of Violation: 8/4/2012 1:45:00 PM • End of Violation: 8/4/2012 4:45:00 PM • Reason for Violating: SPP was giving market relief to someone else and a unit in this area unexpectedly tripped offline. There was also another unit on outage in this area.
