Method… • First, think of a historic event • Where is it? • What was the event? • Who was there? • Why is it famous? • When did it happen? If you can’t think of an answer, don’t worry, we will be covering it in our homework!
Method (continued) • Who will you invite? • What should they wear/take? • The answers you have just taken note of are the main points of your invitation. • All you need to do now is change those bullet points in to text format. • For this, you will need a template. Try to write a rough invitation to a birthday party using the template on the next slide
