Impact on the institution • How can the institution aid in candidate screening? • What is the potential for government and industry financial support for capital investment under the USAAP program? • Is bigger any better? • Screening of candidates • Increased costs of personnel and capital investment needed to meet additional program requirements. • Potential USAAP cost containment measures adversely affecting small university programs.
