Accomplishments • Two Face-to-Face Meetings • Developed Straw-man XML Schema • Added 4 additional needed technical fields • Renamed several field names to be more descriptive • Submitted proposal for XML Name/Business Name Cross Reference to Business Committee • Identified high-level categories for Use Case development • Created model to capture Use Cases and subsequent sample XML filing documents • Created list of Open Issues to be addressed by the business committee

Open Issues • Require approval from Business Committee for XML/Business Name proposal in order to proceed with use cases • Need business committee to reach decision on Table of Contents and Designation/Version/Pagination issue • Point of Contact and authorizing person • Headers/Footers • Will FERC or Tariff Submitter provide clean tariff content for posting in eLibrary?

  4. Planned Activities • Update XML Schema according to decisions reached by the business committee • Analyze and Capture Use Case details • Develop Sample XML Filings based on Use Cases • Create documentation for TIBP pertaining to technical topics (e.g. implementation guidelines for data exchange, security, etc.)
