  4. What can we learn • It’s a church issue. • Retention & integration • 2. Christian Ed Matters Greatly • Teachings on church • Can I doubt, differ, disagree • 3. Many YM’s are creating consumers not disciples

  5. What can we learn • 4. 25 is the new benchmark of YM success • Adolescence lengthened, YM’s must too. • Are our teens in church at 25 • 5. Churches need to become familiar with the YA culture

  6. What can we learn • 6. Churches should prepare HS grads for the transition • Covenant/transitioning mentor • 7. Regions must cooperate • Who is coming to us? Where are my youth going?
