8. Analysis
Network Availability: AT&T is outstanding, Equant is excellent. The gap is 30% between the best and the worst. Except with China Telecom and Bahrain Telecom the users are satisfied with Network Availability. Value for Money: The best operator is Equant (excellent). AT&T is good. The users think the services of BT, Bahrain Telecom and China Telecom are poor value. The gap between the best and the worst is ca. 25%. Reaching Difficult Locations: Two operators, BT and Equant scored above the Benchmark (40.29). The worst operators are China Telecom and Infonet. The gap between China Telecom and Equant is about 20%.
