Digital Services • Universal credit digital by default • GOV.UK has replaced Directgov and Business Link • JSA Online is now easier. 41.9% JSA claims made on line in November • 25,000 State Pension claims made online by Nov 2012 • My Benefits Online allows claimants to go online and check claims and common enquires

  5. Universal Jobmatch • Create and upload CV’s • Search and apply for jobs 24hrs a day, 7 days a week • Access personal accounts anywhere • Receive job alerts and tailor preferences • Employers can upload and manage their own vacancies and receive CVs from those who match specification

  6. Enablers • Voluntary work • Routes in to Work/Steps to employment • Work Experience • Wages Subsidies • Work Clubs • Enterprise Hubs • Access to Work • Sectorial Solutions
