  7. A simple clicker implementation… • Use Socrative • When lecturing, ask questions via Socrative rather than simply out loud.

  8. …can yield strong results • Last year I taught 4 sections of introductory economics at Lander University. • I used clickers in 3 sections. All lectures, homeworks and exams were the same. • Students in the clicker sections scored 7-8% higher on the post test, controlling for all student characteristics. • Better results with practice?
