  2. 在Ovid查詢EBM文獻 • 以PICO組織臨床問題 • 了解有哪些資源 • 實際執行檢索 • 把 PICO 問題轉成適當的關鍵字 • 利用資料庫檢索工具精確檢索結果 • 利用Map Term to Subject Heading比對到MeSH專業主題 • 適當使用檢索工具和檢索技巧 縮小檢索結果 • 使用Limit和Additional Limit中的 • EBMReviews（需同時訂購Ovid EBMR） • Clinical Queries • Publication Type(可再搭配特殊MeSH標題）

  3. 找出實證醫學文獻 • PICO最大的好處是聚焦問題，容易找到關鍵字。 • 分辨臨床問題的型態，如治療、傷害、診斷、預後與病因等類別。 • 協助瞭解何者是最好且最適合的研究設計 • 據此而產生的研究結果才是最佳證據等級的文獻。

  11. 查詢實證文獻技巧一 • 善用MeSH標題比對功能 • 可以協助找出符合主題的資料 • 無須煩惱縮寫或別名問題 • 使用MeSH Tree來擴展或縮小查詢範圍 • MeSH Tree可顯示標題間分類的層級關係。最上層顯示者，表示該標題詞所代表的主題意涵較廣（generic），而愈下層顯示者，則表示所代表的主題意涵愈為特異（specific）。 • 善用Focus來適時增加主題的精準度 • 善用Explode來適時增加查詢的廣度 • 使用SubHeading(副標題)來精確查詢方向
