  1. History Within the past 10 years, we tested, analyzed and above all developed several leasing extranets in many languages. Our latest developments are still in use at leading companies in the industry and significantly influenced the requirements for modern, state-of-the-art online software. From all these experiences, we have extracted the key features, eliminated historical „stumbling blocks“ and are about to develop the most powerful and most advanced leasing extranet that was ever used in vendor business or manufacturer leasing.

Goals • A high performance, flexible and user-friendly system for sales support in the vendor and manufacturer leasing business. • Auto-decisioning within seconds depending on easy configurable risk rules. • Strategic planning of risk rules with on-screen visualisation of decision rates. • Seamless pass-through of all processes from initial inquiry/offer up to the complete, approved deal into the booking system of the leasing company. • Transparent communication processes (interim information, decisions, claims) • Extensive and complete reports, which help to analyze business, to understand and influence it strategically - down to individual user level.

Pre-Creditcheck • Customer search in Ulease with direct access to Credit Reform or/and other credit reporting agencies. • Direct retrieval of Crefo reports, structured reading and sharing of information to Ulease decision engine defined by the lessor. • Automated credit decisions within seconds - right on the point of sale within the self-defined policies and guidelines, including „risk adjusted pricing“ rules. • Manual decisions via risk amdin. tool with an integrated communication platform, auto emails, SMS (on request) to respective dealers.

Contract Calculation • Direct addition of customer data with all contract-related information. • Quick calculation of all pre-defined contract products - whether VA, TA or other FMV / residual contracts. • Automatic validation of inputs - whether bank data, allowable terms by AfA, change of approved equipment costs, licensed products and different equipment locations. • Consideration of temporary, timed promotions, user-based rate cards or types of contracts as well as risk-adjusted pricing rules. • Optional creation of offer or contract PDF with acceptance agreement, supplemental acknowledgement, insurance conditions, welcome letter etc.
