  2. For Guest Speakers & Presentations • Microphone can be used with AV system in your meeting space, or with our projector, or with our speaker for added volume. • Projector has a built in DVD player, many inputs for PowerPoint presentations, and built in 10 watt speakers.

  3. For Movies & Entertainment • Speaker includes a 1000 Watt amplification, a stand to elevate the sound, and can be used as a stand-alone PA system. • Screen features a large and easy to set up tri-pod widescreen, create a large white space for presentations or movies in auditoriums or outside.

  4. For Publicity • Banners for almost all neighborhoods are stored in our office and provide great publicity for all neighborhood meetings and events. • A-frame sign can be used to point to the one open door in a building, or to advertise an event that will be happening soon.

  5. For Documenting the Day • Camera and Video Camera can be used at neighborhood events or to film short films for your website or to share. We also have a tripod to assist in taking great shots.

  6. For Special Events • 10’ X 10’ pop-up tent will keep you shaded and dry for outdoor events. • 8’ long folding tables for hospitality or large displays. • 4’ long folding tables are highly portable and good for small spaces.

  7. For Serving Food • Durable dishes eliminate the cost and waste associated with buying single-use items. We have plates, cups, forks, knives and spoons; you provide the dishwashing.

  8. For Displays • Tripod easels can be used with large paper to write out ideas during a meeting, or can be used to display maps and photos. • Tri-fold display can be used to display information about your neighborhood or to create more in depth/professional displays.

  9. For Neighborhood Clean Ups • Trash Grabbers make picking up debris from the road easier, eliminating bending over. • Brooms and Dustpans make cleaning cigarette butts easier.
