Objectives • This course will examine the culture and geography of a variety of civilizations spanning the Middle Ages and the Post-Medieval Period. • This will be accomplished through: • Group activities • Discussion • Simulation activities • Presentations • Direct instruction • Primary and secondary source analysis • The goal of this course is to examine the social, political, and economic changes that took place around the world. • Students will develop their skills in writing, speaking, discussion, researching, and critical thinking.
