Journalism modules and programs • Preparing to creation and approbation of modules and programs for journalism specialties (10 modules), courses on Kazakh language (6 courses) and reviewers’ responses structure and program contents (2 responses for each program) • The report shall contain links on full text of programs • The suggested programs of educational disciplines contain course structure, goals and mission description, and competences formed after assimilation of the course; also contains main and extra literature

Conclusion • Success of collaboration between practicing journalists and journalists-teachers and media trainers was result of implementation of the project. The exchange of experience and opinions allowed to create resources on journalism in Kazakh language which reflect society realities. The project showed need of preparation of media trainers in a state language as it influences successful use of these resources and formation qualitative environment media in Kazakhstan. • As a result it would be desirable to note that the first project on development of educational resources on journalism in Kazakh and in Russian languages yielded positive result. As a result 6 courses in Kazakh and 10 courses in Russian languages and the list of educational literature in Kazakh language on journalism were made. All tasks were published on a site http://www.modelcurricula.org/ and are available to use via Internet. For further distribution of this material promoting in social networks and Internet of the resources intended for journalists is conducted. • For the first time in Kazakhstan 10 indicators (on 41 questions) of media development in the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to Category 4 – Building of professional potential and support of the institutes strengthening freedom of speech, pluralism and diversity were investigated.
