DAP Vision for Diversity Recruiting Increase the diversity of USAFA by employing a trained and engaged DAC and ALO force utilizing standardized best practices appropriate for the target audience Move the ALO from Gatekeeper to Mentor Create and maintain effective communications channels between the RRD and the LOD/DAC force Continuously update and improve our processes 5

    9. Class of 2010 Highlights USAFA’s most diverse class ever - 24.1% minority vs. 19% for class of 2009 Highest percentage of women ever (20%) Hispanic–7.6% (up from 5.3% for class 09) African American – 4.5% (up from 3.2%) Asian – 9.4% (up from 8.0%) Native American – 2.6% (up from 2.3%)
