  1. Research before submitting a New Item Request • Log into the DLA website • Register for ECAT and MEDPDB • Research ECAT for Dental, Lab or other medsurg products. • Research MEDPDB for medsurg products/will give you Prime Vendor numbers if available • If still not in our catalog then submit an NIR

Getting Started withMEDPDB • DMMonline: https://dmmonline.dscp.dla.mil/Portral/ • CAC login required • Click on “Site Login”: slide 3 • Click on “New User Registration” to create an account slide 4 • Complete the application form. At the bottom of the form register for the applications as needed • The site administrators will notify you of you user name

Will give you a long and short description, and if there is an NSN. Go To Site Data to see who bought it and what material number was used See if WT4J8S has bought this item and what material number was used

  7. USAMMC-K WEBTOOLSMEDPDB-Medical Product Data Bank As you can see this item was ordered by WT4J8S in the past and what material number was used to order this item now go to USAMMC-Ks catalog and see if the item is found to place order

  10. MEDPDB Item Number Find the Prime Vendor number click on item Number or PVON Xref Info

  11. MEDPDB Item Number Item is available through PV Cardinal Health
