  2. Charismatic Leaders • Charismatic leaders have a clear vision of where they want to go and how to get there • Are risk-takers • Are sensitive to their surroundings and to the needs of their followers

  3. Charismatic vs. Transformational • Transformational Leaders has a basic focus of transforming the organization and their followers • Charismatic Leader may not want to change anything and are only focused on themselves than anyone else

Dangers of Charismatic Leaders • Leaders can become addicted to charisma by taking their charismatic capabilities for granted • Organizations can become addicted to the charismatic leader; followers can become overly dependent on the leader. • Charisma grows for its own sake and forgets its purpose
