Define the Goal- Describe the goal so followers may relate to it. • Describe the happy ending- Give followers an incentive to work towards the goal. • Describe the not-so-happy beginning- Be realistic and explain how the start might be rough. • Describe what action you want them to take- Make the followers role very clear and make sure they understand.
