  2. Background The implementation of PR80027 Advanced Metering Interim Settlements Solution was scheduled for deployment 11/14/2009-11/15/2009 with a contingency weekend of 12/11/2009-12/12/2009. Due to an outage that occurred in the integration testing environment, the project testing has been interrupted. The testing environment is currently under reconstruction and the remainder of the testing for the project has been re-planned. ERCOT has re-planned testing and implementation into 2 options. MARS TF

Option 1 – • 11/14/2009 • Extract Scheduler changes for Supplemental AMS Interval Data Extract to support MPs having 7 days to schedule to receive extract prior to implementation • 11/21/2009-11/22/2009 • AMS LSE Interval Data Loading functionality • AMS load and AMS DG Data Aggregation functionality • Supplemental AMS Interval Data Extract • Provide ESIIDs where AMS interval data not loaded for a trade date – Web Service • 12/6/2009 • Extract Scheduler changes for Supplemental IDR Required Interval Data Extract to support MPs having 7 days to schedule to receive extract prior to implementation • 12/13/2009 • ESIID Service History & Usage Extract (727) changes to remove interval data • Supplemental IDR Required Interval Data Extract • All remaining ESIID Market Data Transparency web service changes ***Note: Based on current timelines provided by the TDSPs for sending AMS LSE files to ERCOT with a 11/21-11/22 implementation, the first AMS LSE file would be sent to ERCOT 11/29/2009*** MARS TF
