Success Factors • Using civil society organizations (CSOs) as project partners in different governorates maximized the opportunity to reach large number of targeted youth • The flexibility in responding to the needs of the targeted youth such as tailoring of distance learning package “Kayanak” • Adopting the holistic implementation approach resulted in an integrated development model for youth empowerment including SMEs training, vocational training for employment and entrepreneurship training. • Adopting the participatory approach through: MoY, SFD, MS Egypt, ITI (Edu Egypt program) , ELCC, NGOs. • Harnessing ICTs for sustainable services
