  2. CURRENT DESIGN WITH COMMENTARY Too much repetition in such a small space Excessive use of white is bland and inconsistent with the theme and intent of the homepage. Warm up this design! A great design opportunity to add visual impact is to either develop a rotating homepage image or to feature a collection of thumbnail photos that are enlarged when users scroll over them. This homepage is only visible on computer monitors above the horizontal line without scrolling. The revised design should not require users to scroll on the homepage. Users may expect a more organic feel to the site. Even the choice of homepage photography is obscure and uninviting. Homemade – and slightly imperfect - chocolate chip cookies may be a better homepage graphic than this obscure jar of spoons and radishes. Melanie Yanney, PRWR 625
