RhodiolaRosea ??? Rhodiolarosea is a herb that is native to the artic regions of Europe, Asia and Alaska. Rhodiola is a member of the Crassulaceaefamily, historically used in Iceland, Sweden, France, Russia and Greece as a medicinal plant primarily used as a anti-fatigue treatment and Adaptogen compound (WebMD. (2015)).
What can Rhodiola do for you? • Rhodiola has been used to help with the following issues: • Increase mental focus and concentration- great for students, military, medical field • Increased stamina- EMT’s, firefighters, athletes, parents • Increased energy- multiple jobs, athletes, parents • Shorten recovery time after strenuous exercise
