10. Lessons Learned & Way Forward Presentation of information to inform planning:
WF: 1) Proposal for 2/4 year State of the Environment Reporting cycle, 2) review of Environment Action Planning manual; and 3) Concise and quality assessments and briefing documents
Inconsistencies in coordination in planning process & PEI delays:
WF: Office of the PS, MPND, to become champion of NEAP and mainstreaming.
WF: Review of PEI Kenya and Phase III design.
11. Achieve a balance between top-down vs. bottom-up planning:
WF: Community Action Plans and explore options for Constituency plans and their monitoring.
Public Sector Reforms & Performance Contracts as a tool for mainstreaming:
