When Do the Changes in Reporting Requirements Occur? • System Transition • After June 30, 2012 • Reports filed for grants ending on or before June 30, 2012 will complete the previously used performance measures • Any reports filed after June 30, 2012 will use the new performance measures • ARRA funded grants • Reports for the quarter ending 6/30/12 will use the old system

  6. User Acceptance Testing; Call for Volunteers • Volunteers are needed for User Acceptance Testing. • Anyone interested in participating please contact your program officer.

  7. User Acceptance Testing Phases and Dates • Phase I – July 16, 2012 to August 3, 2012 • Phase II – August 8, 2012 to August 20, 2012 • Final Phase – August 23 and 24, 2012

  8. Annual Performance Reports • Grants continuing past July 1, 2012 • Use new system • System opens September 1, 2012 • System closes September 30, 2012 • Reporting period • July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 • No extensions will be granted

Final Performance Report Dates • Grants ending on or before June 30, 2012 • Use same system as last year • System opens July 1, 2012 • System closes July 31, 2012 • Grants ending between July 1, 2012 and August 31, 2012 • Use NEW system • System opens September 1, 2012 • System closes November 30, 2012

  11. ARRA Grants • ARRA reports for the quarter ending June 30, 2012 • Use same system as last year • System opens July 1, 2012 • System closes July 21, 2012 • No extensions will be granted

LR-1: Total Number of Trainees • Enrollees • Trainees who are newly enrolled and/or continuing the program or did not graduate from a health professions program • Graduating Trainees (Exclude Program Completers) • Trainees who successfully completed all educational requirements for a specified academic program of study culminating in a degree or diploma, or certificate as in a university, college or health professions program • Program Completers (Exclude Graduating Trainees) • Trainees who successfully completed a non-degree of study or training programs • Categories: less than 120 hours/ equal to or more than 120 hours

LR-1: Total Number of Trainees • Attrition (Subset of Enrollees) • Trainees who left permanently without completing the training program • Residencies and Fellowships (Not included as Enrollees) • Trainees who are newly enrolled and/or continuing residency and fellowship programs • Continuing Education (Exclude all) • Trainees who successfully completed a continuing education offering. Include trainees receiving a continuing education offering that may or may not have received CEU/GME credit.
