Before you submit your grant application package • Be aware of the requirements and obligations that come with an award. • Be sure that your organizations 9-digit DUNS number and SAM.gov registration are current and active. • Contact the Grant Monitor to verify the amount of funding you will be receiving for your project and the correct matching requirements.
Make sure it is complete, accurate, signed and dated. If it is not, it will be returned to you. The awarding of the grant or cooperative agreement will be delayed/or not funded if the grant application package is incomplete. Before you submit your grant application package - Continued
