  6. iTIXI Roadmap 2014 MyTixi (Machbarkeitsstudie) MyTixi iPhone-App Telematik im Fahrzeug • Rufbetrieb: Mehr Flexibilität für Kunden. • Bessere Ausnützung von Fahrpausen. • Höhere Preise gegenüber den heutigenReservationsbetrieb (>3 Tage im Voraus). • Entlastung der Disposition anstreben. • Akzeptanz der freiwilligen Fahrer abholen. • Kosten / Nutzen Analyse ... + 18 * Bemerkung: für Mandant TIXI ZUG.

  7. iTIXI Roadmap 2014 Schnittstelle FIBU (BUSPRO) Monats-Rechnung iTIXI Jahres-Beitrag Debitoren-Buchhaltung BUSPRO • Monatsrechnung pro Fahrgast, alle Fahrten der letzten Monat, aus der iTIXI Cloud exportieren. • Jahresrechnung pro Fahrgast (Vereinsmitglied) zu 30 CHF/Jahr im Voraus, aus der iTIXI Cloud exportieren. • Rechnungsstellung, Zahlungs-Eingangskontrolle etc. in der Debitoren Buchhaltung (Cloud?) importieren.

  8. iTIXI Roadmap 2015 Schnittstelle zu Telefonie (Swisscom) • Vorteile: • Zeitersparnis: ca. 10 Sek/Anruf • Disponentin “weiss immer alles” und wirkt daher sehr kompetent! 2. Telefon sendet Anrufer-Nummer, z.B. 041 780 13 72 4. iTIXI-Server sendet Fahrgast- Daten, letzte Fahrten, … 1. Fahrgast ruft 041 711 84 84 3. PC sendetbeideNummern, an iTIXI-Serverz.B. 041 780 13 72 und 041 711 84 84 Bemerkung: ähnliche Anwendungsfälle für Fahrer, OVI (Altersheime, …)
