Objectives: • To distinguish the impacts of existing residential buildings to Sai Kung Town environment • To sustain the environment in Sai Kung Town by providing the alternatives in different aspects

Environmental Aspect • Land use and land supply • Population increase land use increase • Supporting facilities (e.g. GIC) increase • Small houses problem • Destroy natural environment
